TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice.
3.Any person using Jumpino Trampoline Park’s arena and facilities must complete, or have a valid waiver completed on their behalf. Those participants under 90 cm, or any other participant without their own valid waiver, must ensure a legal guardian has fully completed a waiver on their behalf. Parties signing waivers on behalf of younger customers state that they accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and for the supervision of children in their care.
4.All persons using the trampoline park that are 90 cm and above must be accompanied by an adult and, if under the height of 90 be accompanied by a responsible consenting adult on the premises. Younger customers can use the facilities within the bounds of an organised Toddlers session.
5.Jumpino Trampoline Park retains the rights to refuse entry of participants that are deemed as in an unsuitable condition. This is in the interests of safety to self and others.
6.The arena provides a variety of trampoline-based activities. Customers use the arena in the knowledge that participation is not without risk and serious misuse could be fatal.
7.All users must watch an online safety briefing when booking a slot and/or prior to every park session and adhere to the instructions of staff and Court Marshalls at all times.
8.Jumpino Trampoline Park does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any customer’s personal property whilst onsite.
9.To enhance grip and safety levels and for reasons of hygiene all customers are required to wear Jumpino Trampoline Park socks while using the trampoline arena.
10.Following the safety briefing and once within the trampoline facility, participants will not be individually supervised by Jumpino Trampoline Park staff.
11.Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final.
12.Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to refuse admittance to the trampoline arena to any participant who is not dressed appropriately for the activity. This includes the wearing of Thobes, Abayas, dresses and similar clothing. All participants should ensure they are not wearing any sharp items and remove all jewellery and loose items before participating in any of the activities.
13.Jumpino Trampoline Park. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of Jumpino Trampoline Park. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions.
14.For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to move the customer to soonest available slot.
15.No refunds or compensation will be payable by Jumpino Trampoline Park. in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission (due to non-compliance to Jumpino regulations) or decides not to undertake or complete a session.
16.Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
17.Qatar is our country of domicile and that the Qatari governing law is the local law.
18.Customers using the website who are Minor /under the height of 90 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
19.We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Qatari Riyal.
20.The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
21.User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
22.The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

GROUP AND PARTY BOOKINGS
2.If an alteration or change to a group booking or party is required then a minimum of 7 clear days’ notice must be provided to Jumpino Trampoline Park.
3.If additional or reduction of party guests is required then 7 days’ notice must be provided and the following conditions must be met
o The remaining number of guests does not fall below 10.
o Jumpino Trampoline Park must confirm it has adequate space and facility to accommodate any additional participants.
o All changes are made in accordance with Jumpino Trampoline Park’s general refund and transfer policy.
o Party arrival: A party is required to present themselves to a member of staff 30 minutes prior to the confirmed session start time. Rights of admission may be refused in the event of excessive lateness.

Jumpino Booking, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
2.Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.
3.Party bookings can be moved to future dates in extenuating circumstances. Any party package moved to a future date forfeits the right for any refund.
4.Party bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, up to 72 hours after the booking (Cooling Off Period). Bookings cancelled after this Cooling Off Period will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered a reschedule. If a rescheduled date is agreed, the Cooling Off Period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation
5.Party bookings are subject to a minimum booking of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 people will be charged at the minimum rate based on 10 people.
6.Additional people can be added to your party providing we receive more than 5 days’ notice and providing that we have the space required to accommodate the additional guests.
7.No refunds will be given for guests who do not attend the party or group session.
8.Birthday Parties and Group Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
9.Jumpino Trampoline Park requires 7 clear days’ notice to provide a reimbursement into the customer’s account for any cancellations. The account will be credited with the previously accounted value of the session booked.
10.Refunds will be only credited by the original payment method.
11.Jumpino Trampoline Park. reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time.
12.Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
13. We do allow free access for children with special needs, however the must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult when inside the park. This may require the purchase of a spectator ticket. Unfortunately we cannot provide special care for any children with disabilities.
