FAQ

How old do you need to be to trampoline park?

We offer sessions for kids, allowing children above 90 cm to bounce, only when fully-supervised on the trampolines at all times by a responsible adult (Min 1 adult to 2 children).

Outside of these sessions, children above 90 cm may be on the court without an adult, but must be supervised by a responsible adult from court-side, the café or other viewing areas.

People  that are above 90 cm  are able to enter the park without an adult, but if under the age of 18 years, they must have a valid risk acknowledgement completed by a parent or guardian before they jump.

Please note. Some of the features may have height restrictions or specific access requirements.

Do I have to wear trampoline socks?

If you are going to bounce on the trampoline court area at any time, then you must wear special anti-slip hygienic Jumpino trampoline socks. This also includes adults who are fully-supervising children during our children and Family sessions.

Jumpino trampoline socks are specifically designed for safe use on our trampolines, and also ensures that our Court Monitors are quickly and easily able to spot anyone not wearing socks, and therefore potentially creating a health and safety risk for themselves and those around them. Socks from other park operators are also not accepted under any circumstances.

Socks are given free with each paid session, extra socks are priced at 10 QR  per pair, and can be purchased in advance online or at the park.

What should I wear?

We advise you to wear soft, flexible clothing!! The kind you would normally exercise in.

Don’t wear clothing with any sharp bits like belt buckles/clasps/zips etc. that could be harmful to yourself or other jumpers.

It can get quite hot so breathable clothing is recommended and an extra layer to put on afterwards to keep yourself warm is a good idea. Please don’t wear any jewellery while jumping, you could lose it or it could cause injury to yourself or others, use the lockers to keep any valuables safe while you jump.

What time should I arrive for my session?

We advise you to arrive approximately 15-minutes before your session is due to start, this will give you plenty of time to check-in during busy times, and allow you time to watch the safety briefing before your bounce.

Can I trampoline when pregnant or with a pre-existing medical condition?

We do not allow anyone to bounce when pregnant, for the safety of both the jumper and the child.

If you have any sort of other pre-existing medical condition which might affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, or conduct physical exercise, we recommend you speak to a medical professional in advance, and note all details within your Risk Acknowledgement form.

If you are wearing a plaster cast you will not be permitted to jump.

Can I trampoline with glasses on?

Glasses are permitted on the courts, but at the wearers own risk.

In this instance, we do not offer refunds or compensation.
