TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of Jumpino Trampoline Park. No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Jumpino Trampoline Park.

Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice.

Any person using Jumpino Trampoline Park’s equipment and facilities must complete, or have a valid waiver completed on their behalf. This means that each participant must ensure a legal guardian has fully completed a waiver on their behalf. Parties signing waivers on behalf of younger customer’s state that they accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and for the supervision of children in their care.

All persons using the trampoline park must be above our minimum height of 90cm. Children under 90cm can only use the facilities within the bounds of an organized Toddlers or kids session. There are some activities that have height restrictions, these areas are clearly indicated by signage.

All persons using the trampoline park must be accompanied by an adult and, this means there must always be a responsible consenting adult on the premises. Children must not be left alone in the Jumpino premises, we are not responsible for children left alone.

Jumpino Trampoline Park retains the rights to refuse entry of participants that are deemed by us as in an unsuitable condition. This is in the interests of safety to self and others.

Jumpino provides a variety of trampoline-based activities. Customers use the park in the knowledge that participation is not without risk and serious misuse could be fatal.

All users must watch a safety briefing when booking a slot and or prior to every session, this is available to view in the park and also on our website www.jumpinotrampoline.com

All users must follow the instructions of staff and Court Marshalls at all times.

Jumpino Trampoline Park does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any customer’s personal property whilst onsite. Any valuable or personal items should be locked inside our lockers, available free of charge

To enhance grip and safety levels and for reasons of hygiene all customers are required to wear Jumpino Trampoline Park socks while using the trampoline arena.

Following the safety briefing and once within the trampoline facility, participants will not be individually supervised by Jumpino Trampoline Park staff. Staff will monitor assigned areas for safety.

Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final.

Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to refuse admittance to the trampoline arena to any participant who is not dressed appropriately for the activity. This includes the wearing of Thobes, Abayas, dresses and similar clothing, which may restrict movement. All participants should ensure they are not wearing any sharp items and remove all jewellery and loose items before participating in any of the activities.

Jumpino Trampoline Park. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of Jumpino Trampoline Park. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions.

For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers Jumpino Trampoline Park reserves the right to move the customer to soonest available slot in the event of timing or capacity conflicts.

No refunds or compensation will be payable by Jumpino Trampoline Park. in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission (due to non-compliance to Jumpino regulations) or decides not to undertake or complete a session.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.

Qatar is our country of domicile and that the Qatari governing law is the local law.

Customers using the website who are under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Qatari Riyal.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

GROUP AND PARTY BOOKINGS

If Jumpino Trampoline Park is providing catering for your group then specific dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of placing the booking to ensure these requirements are understood and can be met. Failure to provide an adequate notice of any changes to dietary requirements may mean it impossible to provide the specific food.

If an alteration or change to a group booking or party is required then a minimum of 7 clear days’ notice must be provided to Jumpino Trampoline Park.

If additional or reduction of party guests is required then 7 days’ notice must be provided and the following conditions must be met

The remaining number of guests does not fall below 10.

Jumpino Trampoline Park must confirm it has adequate space and facility to accommodate any additional participants.

All changes are made in accordance with Jumpino Trampoline Park’s general refund and transfer policy.

Party arrival: A party is required to present themselves to a member of staff 15 minutes prior to the confirmed session start time. Rights of admission may be refused in the event of excessive lateness.

Jumpino Booking, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Individual bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.

Party bookings can be moved to future dates in extenuating circumstances. Any party package moved to a future date forfeits the right for any refund.

Party bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, up to 72 hours after the booking (Cooling Off Period). Bookings cancelled after this Period will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered a reschedule and or sessions to the equivalent value.

If a rescheduled date is agreed, the Cooling Off Period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation

Party bookings are subject to a minimum booking of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 people will be charged at the minimum rate based on 10 people.

Additional people can be added to your party providing we receive more than 5 days’ notice and providing that we have the space required to accommodate the additional guests.

No refunds will be given for guests who do not attend the party or group session.

Birthday Parties and Group Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Jumpino Trampoline Park requires 7 clear days’ notice to provide a reimbursement into the customer’s account for any cooling of period cancellations. The account will be credited with the previously accounted value of the session booked. Jumpino reserve the right to refund in cash, card or bank transfer at our discretion, refunds are not always credited by the original payment method.

Jumpino Trampoline Park. reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time.

We do allow free access for children with special needs, however the must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult when inside the park. This may require the purchase of a spectator ticket. Unfortunately we cannot provide special care for any children with disabilities.

Jumpinotrampoline.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Qatar.
